Josefa (Pepa) DeNinno, 95 years of age,  passed away on August 25, 2021 under the loving
care of her family and caregivers at her home in Chula Vista, California.

Josefa was born in Texas. She is survived by her husband, John R. DeNinno;  3 children, Mary

Josefa enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and many nieces
and nephews.  She was a wonderful listener with her quiet and loving attention to everyone.

She loved working on puzzles, playing bingo, watching “Oprah”, her novelas, “Search for
Tomorrow “ and “Guiding Light”, as well as listening to mariachi and ranchera music.  She was
an avid collector of souvenir spoons, Norman Rockwell items and anything with frogs.  No
matter where she lived or visited, she always had a place in her heart for her childhood home
state of Texas.

Our family would like to thank Corina Bennett for her loving care of Josefa for many years.
