Connie Barbara Prescott

Connie Prescott was born in Chicago, daughter of Joseph Prescott and Bertha Bond. She grew up in Catholic school and loved music. She sung with the Chicago Musical college chorus when they appeared with the Chicago Symphony orchestra in the 1950’s. She was part of the First Place winners of Chicagoland Music Festival Accordion Championships in 1953. On July 13, 1957 she married Edward Bohacek. She spent her adult life in California and loved the San Diego area. Her career was teaching, but while working, achieved her Master’s degree in Psychology. After her divorce, she was able to travel Europe in the 1980’s. She lived in the same house that she had when she was 25 years old until 2020, when she moved into Sungarden Terrace.

Connie is survived by her son Steve Bohacek and her daughter Karen Androvich, her sister Carol Prescott and brother Richard Prescott. She is deeply missed and will always be loved.
