Obituary of William Earl Dyment

William Earl Dymemt entered this life on June 14, 1950 in Weymouth, Massachusetts and entered into rest on August 12, 2018 in Santee, California. His parents were Earl S. Dyment and Marion E. (Hayes). He went to high school in Weymouth, Massachusetts and also took some courses at Grossmont College in San Diego County, California. He then spent his career serving his country. William spent four years in the Marines and 17 years in the Navy. As petty officer first class he received numerous medals from the Navy and Marine Corps over the years. William enjoyed golfing, loved dogs, card dealing, and loved New England sports teams, specifically the Red Sox and New England Patriots. He was preceded in death by Marion Lovell, Earl Dyment, and Helen Smith (sister). William is survived by his two sisters, Elizabeth Laitinen of Plymouth, Massachusetts and Ann Marie Ferrari of Somerville, Massachusetts, many nieces and nephews, and loving companion, Nina Mariotta.
