For much of his life, he worked for New York State in various capacities, including personnel and administration.

His interests included current events, politics, reading, debating, birding, music. He loved to travel to faraway lands and distant nations, capturing meaningful photographs and learning about other cultures. He was a superb cook of both ethnic and traditional cuisine, often preparing elaborate meals for his family.

He is survived by his daughter Alyssa and son Evan, and his sister Hope.

A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at a later date to be announced.

I am sorry for your loss. Frank sounds like an accomplished man. No doubt that he will be missed. May you find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of God, who will remember every detail about him and bring him back to life again. The Bible promises that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. Until that time, take good care of yourselves.
